He received status of Presidential Scholar, inducted into the Pi Tau Delta Chiropractic Honour Society and was President of the NUCCA Club while on campus. He is board certified in both the United States and Canada and practices the NUCCA procedure along with Active Release Technique.
Dr. Stehmeier believes in spending time with a patient so that he may understand completely the problems you face. He wants to get you better in a timely manner so you can get back to playing that favourite sport, doing that favourite activity or just living life as it should be lived. On the first visit you will know exactly where your problems are and have a plan on how to get them better. Through rigorous posture and movement testing using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Dr. Stehmeier will know exactly what parts of your body need to be strengthened, stabilized or mobilized.
Dr. Stehmeier utilizes the NUCCA procedure and Active Release Technique and has seen the positive effects of these treatments. People who have seen Dr. Stehmeier are those who have had major injuries such as multiple car accidents and those considering back surgeries, to minor trauma such as sports injuries, falls, and headaches. Seeing positive results with NUCCA and Active Release has further developed Dr. Stehmeier’s belief in taking care of your body so as to have a long, happy and healthy life.
